Project Manager - Delivery
Daniel Gray has had more than 10 years professional experience in the construction sector, working on large scale Tier 1 projects across Melbourne and delivering more than $1 billion in client lead developments. Daniel’s diversified experience in commercial, high rise residential and education sectors has allowed for his broadened skill set in delivering high end quality projects. As a valued member of the Alfasi Property team, Daniel’s role as Project Manager includes the management of end-to-end delivery and ensures appropriate project governance and financial risk management of projects. Daniel’s expertise in driving engagement through key stakeholders, ensures that the project vision and outcomes are successfully achieved. Daniel holds both a Diploma of Building and Construction and Construction Management Honours Degree at RMIT.
Development Manager
Eeshenn Wong has more than 15 years of professional experience in the property industry. She has diverse portfolio of experience in commercial, multi-residential, institutional, healthcare and community buildings. Eeshenn is an ARBV Registered Architect and a Green Star Accredited Professional. She was also an Implementation Leader for the Champions of Change Coalition for the Built Environment and a participant of the 500 Women in Property 2019 by the Property Council of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Melbourne.
