About Us
Chief Executive Officer
Avri founded Alfasi Constructions in 1980. While leading the growth of the business, he was heavily involved in its global expansion, working on many prominent architectural projects in Asia and the Middle East. He led Alfasi Constructions and Alfasi Hire through decades of strategic growth and expansion, and more recently as Group CEO, founded the newer arm of the business, Alfasi Property.
Managing Director
Gill joined Alfasi Group in 1998 as a Project Engineer at Docklands Stadium (now Marvel Stadium). Now Managing Director of Alfasi Group, he has amassed nearly 25 years of experience in major projects, construction, property development, management and equipment hire. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), is a member of the Lauriston Girls School Council and is a mentor with Jewish Care.
Head of Marketing
Moran brings over a decade of marketing and leadership experience from the not-for-profit world, where she co-founded and led several grassroots organisations. She is passionate about communications and helping Alfasi Group share its stories, live its values and celebrate its people. Moran now channels her love of giving back through her family’s business, which has a long history of supporting community organisations and causes. Moran holds a Bachelor of Arts (Management & Sociology), a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and a Diploma of Governance.
Chief Financial Officer
Paul is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business. He brings 20+ years’ experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Alfasi Group, with senior finance roles across a range of industry sectors. He also has ten years’ experience in the property industry. Joining Alfasi in 2021, Paul’s key responsibilities include working as a finance partner with the senior leadership team and key stakeholders, as well as overseeing the treasury function and core finance operations of the business.
Accountant
Ranil is a finance professional with over 15 years’ experience in accounting and reporting within local and multinational public and private companies across multiple industries (including construction, mining, manufacturing, asset management and renewable energy). He is a member of CPA (Australia) and CIMA (UK) qualified. Ranil is proud to contribute to Alfasi Group’s continuing growth.
Accountant
Paul has worked in finance and accounting for the last 8 years and is currently completing his CPA. Joining Alfasi Group in 2017, he holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Edinburgh. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, food, sport and is a long-suffering Carlton supporter.
